Here are the ingredients you will need:
1 ½ cups of almond flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of stevia
6 large eggs
½ stick of butter (melted)
1 cup of warm water
Now mix all of your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Then melt your butter and separate your yolks from your whites. Beat the yolks with a fork and keep ready aside. Then using a beater or kitchen aid whip your egg whites until they turn white and foam up. Now add your egg whites into your dry mixture and mix well, then add in the rest of your wet ingredients the warm water, egg yolks, and melted butter. Mix well, and place in a 8 x 4 loaf baking pan.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Do a toothpick test when your bread is finished to make sure its done all the way through. Let cool for 5 minutes and slice and enjoy.
