How to make a weight loss smoothie

One of favorite morning smoothies looks like this:
2 handfuls of blueberries
Half an avocado
3 celery stalks
1 scoop of whey protein powder
 
You can mix and match anyway you want to, just make sure to include a fruit, a vegetable, a fat, and a protein. Plus make sure to switch it up everyday. Don’t do the same smoothie everytime. Variety is the spice of life, remember that. Mix it up and your body will thank you for it. By mixing it up your body will get different nutrients that it needs. This will reduce your hunger.
As far as vegetables are concerned I think celery and cucumbers are the best way to go for your vegetable source. They are great for boosting metabolism and burning fat. You might also want to try spinach or collard greens. They are both loaded with nutrition and will make you feel full.

4 strawberries
1 cucumber
Handful of walnuts
1 scoop of whey protein powder
